Shipping & Fulfillment — Where Your Order Ships From
How we fulfill your order
In order to serve customers in North America we hold a selection of our goods at a fulfilment centre in the United States; when customers place orders for products in the United States these are dispatched from our US inventory via USPS and come with tracking which shows the package as starting in the United States, whereas items that are not kept in our US inventory and most international orders are sent from our warehouse in China and are provided with international tracking.

Shipping Costs
There is no minimum order quantity and no hidden handling charges since we offer free standard shipping on all orders to the countries we serve (the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and certain European countries).
Order processing
Orders placed from Monday to Friday are handled within 1 to 2 business days, while those placed on weekends are processed on the following Monday. Tracking details will be available in your order within 1 to 2 business days after the order has been dispatched.
Returns
Returns can be accepted within 30 days of delivery. The right return address (either in the US or in China) will depend on where your order was shipped from, and we'll give you the address when you begin the return process. If you need return instructions, please email support@lipingbattery.com.
About our supply chain
Our founder used to work in the business of supplying replacement batteries, obtaining them directly from the manufacturers. It is this approach of sourcing directly from manufacturers that enables us to provide competitive prices for third-party replacement batteries.
